I don’t think there’s a designer or brand owner out there who would settle for anything less than getting their product as close as possible to the original design. If they do, it’s only because of limitations in craftsmanship or materials that stop them from achieving perfection. “Close enough” or “almost” is never enough for designers or brand owners. For them, it’s not good enough—it’s far from what they envision. They want their designs to be perfect, exactly how they imagined it, no compromises.
We’ve worked with a client in the U.S. for over five years. They specialize in high-end men’s bags made from vegetable-tanned leather, sourced from a famous tannery in Italy’s Tuscan tanning district. This client truly cares about making perfect products—ones that deliver the luxury experience his customers expect. Every product he creates is consistent: the same high-quality leather, YKK zippers, and pure copper-plated hardware. From the start, it was clear he had extremely high expectations.

The problem we need to solve
In our five years of working together, we’ve solved many issues, both big and small. But one time, we received a reference sample—a men’s business briefcase. The client didn’t mention any issues with the zipper area. Perhaps he had already tried to solve it himself, so he didn’t bring it up. But when we saw it, we noticed a problem that could be fixedThe small bulge at the top wasn’t a major issue at first. Many briefcases on the market have a similar shape. It didn’t affect functionality or cause surface flaws. However, for a brand like his, it’s not just about improving the product—it’s about improving the brand. A small design flaw can affect how customers perceive the quality of the product. We knew this had to be fixed.
The solution we have given
We began by adjusting the support material. But it wasn’t enough—the material didn’t provide the support needed to solve the problem.
Next, we reinforced the support and reduced the width of the zipper tape. While there was some improvement, it wasn’t enough.
Finally, we decided to rework the bag’s basic structure. We redesigned the side panels, making them a single, solid piece, and added stronger support material. After several rounds of testing and adjustments, we achieved the right shape. The client was happy with the final result.
Our Pursuit
After years of experience, we’ve learned that production isn’t just about following orders. It’s about understanding what the client truly needs. We don’t just make products—we add value. We solve problems others might overlook. We don’t just produce a bag; we perfect it, making sure it stands out.
At the end of the day, our factory is more than just a production line. We partner with our clients to elevate their brand, turning each product into something special. When we take on a project, we’re committed to making it the best it can be. And we won’t stop until it’s perfect.
