This pet collar with a tracker is made from PU, but the inner layer uses high-density pure cotton webbing to enhance durability and flexibility. The tracker section requires custom mold production to achieve the desired shape, with mold costs ranging from $71 to $114.

This dog collar features natural vegetable-tanned leather combined with high-density nylon rope. The connection between the round rope and the leather is more challenging to sew compared to flat straps. Due to its thickness, this part requires hand stitching to be completed properly.

Checking our workshop

In the video, you can see that this is a leather collar for a large dog. The client chose solid brass rivets, which are corrosion-resistant but also quite heavy. These brass rivets need to be hand-applied, which is time-consuming. Additionally, the collar uses a single layer of 2mm thick vegetable-tanned leather. Despite the labor involved, the final product is of excellent quality.
