Return and Repair Policy
We believe in the quality of our products and aim to instill the same confidence in our customers. Therefore, we commit to offering a free return service for any non-man-made quality issues (such as scratches, improper storage, or goods being crushed) occurring within one year of purchase. Additionally, for products that have been used within three years, we provide a complimentary repair service for free.
Free sample
Our factory promises to provide one free custom sample to every new client. This allows you to evaluate our quality and service firsthand. To receive the free sample, you simply need to provide your design sketches and finalize product details and dimensions with our team. The sample production typically takes 10-15 days. The rules for our free sample policy are as follows:
Similar leather in stock
We will use the closest matching leather from our warehouse based on your design to create the sample. This approach helps to minimize the sampling costs for both you and us.
Hardware
We will use the closest matching hardware from our warehouse based on your design to create the sample. If we do not have the suitable hardware or if you require custom-made hardware, the mold cost will be borne by the client. If we ultimately do not receive the order for the project, we will provide the hardware supplier information at no additional cost.
